Amazon is setting the world on fire by releasing $50 Fire tablet
Finally Amazon brought out totally refreshed version of Kindle Fire tablet. Rumours had it that such a range of Kindle fire was due for release and soon after it made headlines by releasing a cost effective seven inch model of Kindle Fire and new Fire HD 8 and Fire HD 10 also joined the list. Along with a new kids edition.
The recently released Fire tablet is a entry-level Kindle and costs very less just $50 Even before its release rumours were there about the Kindle being very basic in terms of specifications and the release of kindle just confirmed the rumors but it does have many interesting features that nobody could expect.
The Kindle has a seven inch display that beats rumors of the screen being of six inch but the hopes soon drown when you know that it has a basic 1024 x 600 pixel resolution of course it won’t win it many fans. It has a good 1.3 GHz quad-core processor that been built by MediaTek, and it also has a net 8 GB storage space but don’t just be turned off by the storage, it can be increased by adding to the device a MicroSD card that can add 128GB to the inbuilt space this was confirmed by kindle fire customer support people even before the device was launched.
The cameras are also very basic. It has a 2 megapixel camera on its back and a VGA cam on the front well if you ask me atleast you will be able to video chat besides using the tablet just for reading books. Amazon has also installed its Mayday feature in the tablet. And has the latest version of Fire operating system which Amazon calls Bellini.
The Fire HD 8 and Fire HD 10 also joins the list and just like the Fire these also have same quad-core 1.5 GHz processor and adorned with 5-megapixel rear camera and the video recording with front cam achieves 720p. The devices provide dual-band Wi-Fi over the Fire’s single band connection.
